Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Many of our products are manufactured and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Qikink.

Products are created after an order is placed and payment is received. As a result, orders may not be modified, changed, or cancelled once production has begun.

Minor variations in color, print placement, size, fabric texture, and product appearance may occur during the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payments through Razorpay, including:

  • UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production and fulfillment, except for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through Qikink and shipped using third-party shipping carriers.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selections.
  • Ordering mistakes.
  • Change of mind.
  • Buyer’s remorse.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
